For guests staying multiple nights, we kindly ask for your understanding that, in place of daily cleaning, the following ‘eco-friendly cleaning’ will be provided as our standard service.
Guestroom cleaning and bed making will not be performed; however, the following services will be provided upon request.：

- Amenity replenishment
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the guestroom during your stay, regular cleaning will be provided free of charge once every three days.
On eco-friendly cleaning days, guests may request paid regular cleaning for an additional fee.

・Fee: JPY 4,000 per service (excluding tax)
・Application deadline: by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the requested cleaning date.
